Developing Criteria & Rubrics
We assist the organization as needed to develop specific criteria/rubrics to effectively and equitably screen/evaluate applications and conduct candidate interviews with relevant questions directly relating to the duties and requirements stated in the job description. This practice may also serve as evidence to assist the employer in defending against complaints of discrimination in the hiring process.
